Residents of Surco received reports through Rotafono that young men wearing “U” t-shirts had painted walls and façades on several houses along Alejandro Astete Avenue and Primavera Avenue.
Some drivers and passersby have reported that alleged cream lovers are spraying public roads, in order to write messages referring to the box of cream.
