According to a local councilman, a Beverly family whose car was stolen from outside its home on the Far Southwest Side earlier in the month also had their second vehicle stolen yesterday.

The police said that they had not created a report on the case and were unable to confirm immediately whether the two crimes are related.
O’Shea speculated the thieves who robbed the two family cars on November 2 had the keys in their initial carjacking.
